Discussing the details

Get in touch with your wedding date and venue. If I'm available, we can set up a call to discuss the details, including:

- Location, timings and travel

- Which moment you want painted

- What I need you to provide (e.g. a table, a plug socket and a sink)

- Canvas size

- Contract

- Deposit and final payment

On your wedding day

I usually arrive early to set up my easel and paints. I take lots of reference photos so I have plenty to work from. I tend to get started on the painting before guests arrive.

We will have agreed which moment you want me to paint. When that happens, I'll take lots more photos. Then I'll paint over the course of a few hours to create a complete painting! I try and do as much as possible, but I always take the painting back to my studio with me for final touch-ups.

Final touch-ups

After the wedding is over, I will take the painting home to do the final touch-ups. Once it's ready, it will be packaged up for you to display and treasure forever!
